Excel formulas are easier to reference in this version of excel.
Microsoft Office 2007 is worthy of upgrading to... Or just get the Microsoft Office Excel by itself if you are unable to afford the entire suite.
If you like the idea of a really colorful interface... this is the way to go!
I would recommend taking a look at Microsoft Outlook also. Due to all of the bugs and issues in the previous versions... I would recommend upgrading to get rid of those and keep the new updates coming.
